I started this website RC Helicopters World for one purpose, to be the worlds leading site when it comes to RC Helicopters.
I know there are lots of sites that cover a huge range of RC vehicles, everything from cars to planes, and things in
between such as RC UFO's and RC Animals.
I have a passion when it comes to RC vehicles, and that passion is for Helicopters. I think they are awesome, cars and
other vehicles may be fast and cool, but helicopters are awesome. They can go slow or very fast, they can hover in mid
air, some can even fly upside down, they are also a lot easier to land and take off then RC planes.

I am almost 50 years old and I still enjoy watching a helicopter take off and land nearby, as much today as I did as a
child. In fact I am lucky enough to be able to see helicopters up close frequently, since I work my normal job at a
Hospital.
